Order Refusal & Cancellation
- Sylvana Ayurveda may cancel orders for reasons such as pricing errors, unavailability, or policy violations—even if payment is already made. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
Non-Delivery Due to User Error
- If an order is delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, any additional cost incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
Accuracy of Information
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when placing orders. Sylvana Ayurveda reserves the right to verify and cancel any suspicious or incomplete entries.
Card Fraud Disclaimer
- Sylvana Ayurveda is not liable for any debit/credit card fraud. The responsibility lies with the cardholder. Use of stolen or unauthorised payment details will result in legal action.
Complaints & Customer Support
- All concerns related to your order must be reported within 7 days of delivery. No claims will be entertained beyond this timeframe.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our FSSAI-certified food and wellness products, we follow a strict no refund and no exchange policy, except in the following rare scenarios:
- Wrong product received
- Product damaged during transit (must be reported within 24 hours with photo/video evidence)
